Pure Fiji employs nearly 500 people from seven rural villages, a human network that produces cold pressed nut oils and natural packaging materials.
Hand-made paper made from natural fibres, traditional masi bark cloth, woven baskets, and nut oil production provide these communities with sustainable income while perpetuating honoured traditions and unique skills.
Pure coconut oil, the base ingredient for all of Pure Fiji‘s products, has been used for hair care, skin care, and massage for generations.

Reservations
We encourage our guests to schedule appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Bookings made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability.

Cancellation Policy
We require 4 hours notice for changes or cancellations.
Arriving Early
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Shower
A quick shower in your bure just before your massage or treatment is relaxing and washes off any salts, minerals or chemicals that could clog pores when mixed with oils or other treatment products.
Treatment attire
You will be given the opportunity to disrobe and cover yourself in privacy. Throughout your treatment, your body will be draped with linens for modesty. At no time during your treatment will you be fully exposed.
Communication
Prior to the start of your service, please advise your therapist of the areas you would like to focus on, and any areas to be avoided. During your service, let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communication is the key to getting the best out of your Bamboo Spa experience.
Our spa staff and resort host will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at the time of your reservation.

Gratuities
Gratuities should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services and your personal therapist; therefore all gratuities are left solely at your discretion. However, we do ask that gratuities are not given to individuals but are placed in the staff fund box at check out.
